How's this for a bit of old school traditional Kiwi Hot Rodding!

This cool old survivor from days gone by has clearly been well built and has stood the test of time, being originally built in the eighties she has seen a few runs down the quarter mile in her time running respectable times in the mid 12s back in the day, and was always a consistent hard charger, with the strong and willing 283 always proving to be super reliable.

The traditional frame is built strong and houses the 4 Barrel 283 ci small block nicely, shifting into a 4 Speed manual Ford Gearbox, and on into the ever trusty 9 inch Ford diff.

Disc brakes up front and rack and pinion steering with a traditional transverse sprung beam axel give this T-Bucket a good feel on the road, and decent road manners for the style, over all this example is a nicely designed and very well engineered bucket for the time period, and testament to its original build quality, has full LVVTA certification today.

A traditional old school kiwi built glass body was placed on the frame in just the right position to give this little Bucket a cool and menacing stance, and it even has a genuine steel 23 T radiator surround!

Old school tuck and roll blue vinyl seating and padded dash bring back a few memories, and a roll bar assembly has been incorporated in for a bit more safety while in flight.

One of the standout features of this cool old Bucket are its highly polished big and little Aunger Hot Wires and period Mickey Thompsons tires, the timeless package just looks right, and has done for many years, having been captured at play in the NZ Hot Rod magazine a few decades ago!

Over all this little bucket presents very well, the light metallic blue fire paint work is still very presentable, with only the odd small crack and chip around the body as would be expected at this age, but it still holds its head high, and has a great look.

Recently released from very long term family ownership this Little T is ready to provide many more smiles per gallon to its next custodians, it just a lot of fun and will easily put a smile on your face, and you couldn't even come close to getting the components to build this Hot Rod today for this money, and she's turnkey ready to go, with the dead right amount of pedals!!
