A simply stunning example of one of Henrys most famous Ladies!

Needing little introduction... the First of the V8s, the famous the 1932 Ford!

This gorgeous example has come to us from the deep South and has been in long term ownership since being fully restored in the late eighties early nineties.

The restoration of what was a very solid old car is totally traditionally old school, and was clearly done by very competent trades people with a lot of experience, as the package looks like it was restored only a few years ago, and presents beautifully.

The magnificent body has been treated to a beautiful dulon paintjob which has been painstakinginly hand rubbed back to produce a mirror glass finish that sadly doesn't adorn a lot of modern restorations today, as its been lost to time in favour for newer 2 pac finishes, but done right, it is a look that is very hard to beat from a traditional point of view, and looks spectacular.

The interior has received an exceptionally nice high quality Lebarron Bonney interior kit shipped from the US way back in the day, and has been fitted to perfection with an impressive finish throughout.

The running gear consists of a later and more durable 1936 Flathead V8, which has been fitted with the 32 alloy sump for a period style appearance, but more importantly now give this 32 the far more desirable bearing design of the later engine, and this unit absolutely ticks over and runs like a Swiss watch!

The gearbox is smooth and quiet, and the package performs beautifully with a magnificent smooth ride and period comfort.

Excellent chrome and trim adorn the body of this gorgeous old lady and everything suits her to perfection, from the deep Black Cherry bodywork complemented by black guards to the red wires and white walls, this one is all class!

An older restoration now, and it has been used and enjoyed, but originally completed to a high standard it has stood up well, there are only a few wee chips and blemishes which she wears worn as badges of honour, but you simply wouldn't touch her if you were going to actually drive and enjoy it., which is what it deserves.

The time has come for this loyal old family friend to move on to greener pastures, so it has been priced very realistically for a genuine sale, and represents a great buy for the work that has been completed, put it this way, you wouldn't want to pay to have it done today!!
