Arguably Henry Ford's most magnificent beauty....the 1934 Five Window Coupe.

These delightful Coupes have a style and grace all of their own which is why they are now ranked worldwide among the most desirable of the pre war Fords.

This example has clearly been a clean honest survivor that has had an older but very extensive restoration carried out many years ago, it has a lovely solid body with very nice panel fitment and has been painted in a rich Maroon complemented by gloss black guards which accentuate the graceful lines on this magnificent car.

The paintwork is very presentable and authentic looking, with the odd marks and some minor ware as would be expected, but displays a general very tidy over all patina.

The interior is a lovely place to be, professionally trimmed in traditional cloth with a mahogany wood grain finished dash, wind out front screen and wind down rear glass.

Mechanically this example is nothing short of stunning to drive, and it certainly performs a lot better than would be expected, a very impressive performance is offered up from the revised 36 model 21 stud flathead engine, and the engine has also had some sympathetic concessions made to reliability and performance in the form of tuned headers with a twin system, a brand new 94 carb, and a rebuilt distributor, running excellent oil pressure and cooling, this old darling recently completed a trouble free trip from CH CH up over the pass to the West Coast without any problems at all.

The underside has clearly been given the same attention to detail, with an excellent steering box and gear box making the whole driving experience very enjoyable.

This is a very difficult car to find now, they are highly desirable in any form, and to get one in this condition will be an expensive exercise no matter how you set out to do it....this vehicle is being offered under its current cost by our vendor, and of the many examples we have had this would be one of the best driving and performing pre war Fords we have ever offered for sale.
