The ultimate mobile billboard for business or pleasure, this super cool Fat Fendered Chevy Delivery really stands out from the crowd with its cool satin white pearl paintwork complemented by graphite grey guards and huge polished deep dish alloys.
Originally imported from the good old US of A this rare delivery was completely transformed at a well respected local CH CH restoration and Hot Rod fabrication shop, and as this was to be their own Shop vehicle the brief was pretty simple, a nice user friendly Hot Rod delivery with a cool and very unique look that will present itself proudly on the local car scene, but can handle a life of shop use, and as anyone who has ever built something like this will know, it's not easy to get the mix just right, as they are usually one or the other....

This Delivery has had a fortune spent on it to bring it to the standard it is in today, and has previously been right back down to bare metal with the full file finished body treated to a lot of subtle mods including frenched rear lamps, custom rolled pans, custom front bumper and tray, recessed number plates, the list just goes on and on, and it's all done in real steel!
Running gear for this cool commercial comes from a complete Second Generation Camaro front clip, complete with power assisted disc brakes and power steering, and she's powered by a sweet running ever reliable 350 small block engine coupled to a TH350 auto, all running back into a 9 inch Ford rear, with a full custom rear end set up with quality adjustable shocks and a panhrad rod, all coming together and making this delivery drive handle stop and corner far far better than it should !

The interior is a full custom job with a split bench bucket seat up front, trimmed to match the tuck and roll door trims, and full custom rear treatment with commercial grade carpet throughout.
The dash layout is super cool with a mix of the original instruments from the forties and custom gauges for everything else, with neat pin striping and chrome detail, and full custom one piece tinted drop glasses, electrically operated of course, and lots of neat and subtle treatment throughout.
A seriously cool custom with a real difference, these big Forties Fat Fendered Chevys are way cool in any form but a cool old school delivery is just something that little bit more special.

Previously sold by us a few years back to a repeat local customer, this cool van has proved its worth as a fantastic head turner and fun work vehicle, and will no doubt continue to do the same for its next custodian!
