How cool is this old doll!

This NZ New Right Hand Drive survivor is in remarkably good honest condition for its almost 60 years of faithful service!

Looking like something straight out of the Jetsons TV Series, this super cool old Pioneer must have created quite a stir on NZ roads back in the swinging sixties, the styling is simply amazing with magnificent big swooping wings, and gorgeous stainless trim highlighting the rather large curves of this beautiful old Mopar.

A very honest example, the body appears to be nice and solid, and for a car of her size she is very straight, with decent lines, and refreshingly the areas which usually caused a few issues in this era of Mopar all appear solid and unmolested, with what appears to be all original sheet metal throughout.

The paintwork although showing its age a little now still presents really well with a decent shine, confirming this one has spent a lot of time garaged and has been cared for, and although a bit worn in places it has a lot of character, and is still more than good enough to turn heads on the street, with its great looks complemented further by clean and largely original stainless trim and chrome bright work.

The interior in this cool old cruiser really is something else! from the floating style of the dash pod to the out there rear view mirror, she's all style and class, and with the clear pearl steering wheel and duke box inspired push button auto, this is one really cool old car, and best of all that very cool steering wheel is on the Right Hand side!

The engine bay is home to a very happy old Poly engine, believed to be 318 cubes, and its running strong through a new 2 barrel Holley with extractors, and is surprisingly lively for a big cruiser of this nature, giving a good surge of power when needed, and really nice user friendly road manners.

The big comfy bench seats front and rear look like they are covered in sixties kitchen chair material, and add to the charm and character of this beautiful family classic, while a decent CD player is on board to take care of your cruising tunes, so you can sit back and enjoy the experience.

A very hard car to find today, and this is a genuine unrestored but obviously well maintained example that has managed to avoid the usual unfortunate fate that met many of these cool old cars...and it would be even harder to find as a black plate Kiwi new survivor....

A lot of sixties style and cool for the money, you just can't help but smile at her!
