This smart looking bright red Fastback really has the look, and has recently been fully complied for use on NZ roads after arriving here from sunny California, so as such is now registered and ready to go right now, having had just the one private NZ owner.

A clean and tidy example this neat little fastback has been repainted in a nice eye catching Flame Red complemented by a clean black interior , and a new set of Revolution Mini-Lite style alloys, with new tires.

The body appears solid straight and honest for an un-restored vintage Mustang, with the odd mark, blemish, and small bubble, as would be expected, but over all presents well with tidy paintwork which appears to have been applied to a reasonably good standard, and displays well with a very nice shine.

The interior is mostly original 1965, although has clearly had some refurbishment in the past, over all presenting very well for the age, with clean trim and carpet, and the addition of a period style Grant wood rim steering wheel, while the factory optioned and still functioning A/C unit resides under the dash.

A factory C-Code 289 V8, this classic Mustang performs well, with the nice crisp small block powering this example through to a Cruse-O-Matic automatic trans, and on to an eight inch diff, with power steering and power disc brakes rounding out the creature comforts, and making this nice old Mustang a great cruiser with decent on road manners.

A sharp looking nice performer that you could use every day, or as a weekend cruiser without having the concerns associated with a big dollar fully restored Fastback, a great compromise as it still looks great, without the big price tag.
