GMs answer to the iconic Boss 302 Mustang, The 69 Z28 DZ 302 is about as good as it gets for serious collectors of genuine American Muscle, and is without a doubt one of the most desirable and collectable Muscle Cars of all time.

This is a rare opportunity to own this stunning fully restored example of this super rare and very fortunate survivor....

Decoding as a genuine Code X77 Z28 this example is also fitted with the correct date coded DZ 302 V1014DZ suffix engine, coupled to the factory 4 speed Muncie and on into a 12 Bolt Posi rear.

The original trim tag also denotes this example as still being presented just as it left the factory in 69 in its original shade of Cortez Silver complemented by the trade mark Black Run Ways, with a full deep black interior.

This stunning Z also has power steering, power disc brakes and a factory Hurst shifter for the 4 speed manual.

The body appears very solid and straight having undergone a complete rotisserie restoration of what was clearly a very good honest car, completed Stateside this has been carried out to a very high standard, quite clearly the extensive restoration has not been carried out to a price, but rather to a standard of which the car deserves, the paintwork is really nice with a magnificent shine, and all of the bright work and trim is either refurbished or N.O.S including all of the window trims and stainless trims and fittings.

The interior is gorgeous in deep black with a centre console housing the extra gauge package, and everything has been treated to the same attention to detail as the exterior,

Refreshingly the engine bay is as it should be with the correct manifolds and unique twin snorkel air cleaner , an accessory vacuum pump has been fitted in the bay to allow decent vacuum for the brakes as these cars run a delightfully lumpy cam, so this addition makes the car a lot more user friendly in general.

Much has been written about the legendary performance of the 302 Z28s, and this example certainly doesn't disappoint!

The performance is guaranteed to put a smile on your face, a very willing performer this engine will happily rev into the stratosphere and pulls like a freight train, the seriously impressive combination of period performance and yet still a very drivable and enjoyable thing to behold, a hard combination to get right, but this Camaro certainly has it.
