This magnificent Mach 1 has been here in NZ since 1971! and still retains its first issue period black licence plates, you can only imagine what a stir this thing would have created cruising around our streets in 1971!

Decoding as a factory Mach 1, this 69 is also a factory 4 speed manual trans car, with the ultra desirable tacho dash, and being a Mach 1 it has the full Deluxe interior, and is fitted with the front and rear spoilers, and sports rear window slats,

This Mach 1 has been a labour of love for its current owner of around ten years, originally purchased as a complete and honest well used example that was then painstakingly restored back to its former glory, with a lot of care and attention to ensure it was a going to be a very user friendly example that drove as good as it looked, the extensive mechanical restoration included the fitment of a Tremac 5 speed for ease of use, and better open road touring, with power steering and disc brakes to complete the overall package, making this Mach 1 an absolute pleasure to drive.

The body work has been the subject of a complete makeover too, including the engine bay, and the exterior has been refinished in bright Flame Red which looks fantastic complemented by factory style blackouts, and the distinctive side winder Mach 1 stripes.

The interior hasn't escaped the detailed restoration either, and is a combination of nice original trim and fittings, and new replacement seat coverings, carpet, and rubber kits,

New exterior chrome, and period highly polished Ansen Sprint style alloys, with white lettered tyres round out the package nicely, and make this aggressive Muscle Car really stand out!
