This amazing survivor 240z has to be seen to be fully appreciated!

Any Forty + year old Japanese car that has survived today is doing well, but to find a genuine unmolested NZ new 240z in this condition is now virtually impossible!

This super straight original example is still painted in its correct original Safari Gold color, with a truly amazing original condition black interior, the factory push button radio is still fitted in the console, (and it still works) the original steering wheel is still present, as is the proper correct gear knob, the original diamond pattern floor coverings, and the fantastic period pod gauges, most of which is usually well gone now,

All of the unique switches and fittings inside are correct and functional, and the Speedo is showing 93,000 original miles, supported by the recorded history from first registration in August of 1971.

The body presents beautifully and is virtually unmarked with the exception of the expected very minor parking dings, and the odd stone chip etc, and appears to be rust free, with no evidence of major past repairs in any of the usual areas, the period perfect look even extends right down to the genuine original hubcaps !

All of the correct original fittings are in place around the exterior,including the original sports mirrors, and the engine bay looks totally authentic with the correct air cleaner assembly, and associated fittings still in place,

Driving this 240-Z is like stepping back into the seventies, and it really does behave and drive like its less than half its age, retaining all of the original character and charm that made these cars such a hit when they were first released,

If you have long been searching for a good genuine early Z-Car, the search is probably over, they simply don't come along like this anymore, and this is quite possibly one of the very best examples still surviving today....

A genuine and very usable investment classic... if any of the early Japanese cars are going to become high value future collectables, then the 240z is surely the car that will start the ball rolling....
