The first year of this now iconic shape, this bold 71 is a genuine 05 code factory ordered Mach 1, built in the Dearborn plant, with a Los Angeles California DSO which would explain why it appears to have a good solid old body having lived most of its life in a warm dry climate.

The running gear powering this old Muscle Car is the correct 351 H-Code 2V Cleveland, however now fitted with a four barrel for better performance, which is coupled up to an FMX automatic transmission, and with power assisted steering and power disc brakes is an absolute pleasure to drive.

Presenting very well, the clean body has been refinished in stark white with the striking factory black outs complemented by the Ram Air style hood, and correct style front and rear spoilers, and although there are the odd blemishes and chips from being properly enjoyed as you would expect for the age, this one still really looks the part.

Chromed polished 12 slots look the part too, and over all this is a very smart looking package, that looks like it means business.

The interior is very original, very complete, and refreshingly unmolested right down to the old school original floor mats, and factory gray slate seating inserts in the Deluxe trim, which has probably lasted the decades helped in part by the factory tinted glass all round.
