The mighty Chevrolet Chevelle, This thing looks tough just standing still!

A very popular body style in the Chevrolet range of the early seventies these cars are now highly sought-after in their homeland, with a lot of them now long gone due to their popularity for drag racing and the likes.

A recent import to our shores this stunning Cortez Silver beauty has had a cosmetic makeover Stateside of what was clearly a decent old survivor.

The body presents well with clean panels finished in the striking sparkling silver complemented by the black runways, and is all muscle with its raised cowl hood and bonnet pins.

The engine is a fresh and strong sounding 383 Stroker which performs as you would expect, and is coupled to a rebuilt TH400 Auto and on into a 10 bolt 3:08 diff.

The interior has also had a make over and presents well in the plush black Deluxe vinyl with some old school gauges to monitor the general goings on.

Decent chrome and brightwork complement the over all appearance and everything appears to be present and in its place.

The options on this neat old Chevelle include power steering, power disc brakes and factory tinted glass all round, making this a pleasant old cruiser with decent period road manners.

A highly polished set of Torque Thrust alloys and wide raised white letter rubber complete the appearance package, and leave little doubt youre driving a pretty staunch old school Muscle Car!

Not a fully restored concours example, and she has been driven and enjoyed so has a few wee blemishes if you go looking, but this is just a nice tidy presentable Muscle car thats got a great road presence drives like it should and would be a very difficult and costly example to locate import and put on the road here today for the money.
