This stunning looking Mach 1 cuts a very staunch profile with its bright red paintwork and factory blackouts through to the big offset highly polished chromed wide wheels with white lettered tires, it's all Seventies American Muscle!

First registered here in NZ in 1993 this Mustang has been here on our shores for a while now and has proved itself to be a good reliable old cruiser having had long ownership for most of its time here.

The clean old body appears solid and presents well overall, being finished in an older but still very presentable coat of paint, displaying the odd mark and chip as would be expected in this price range, but can still hold its head high, and still looks the part being able to be driven regularly without the associated worry of a high dollar paintjob.

The interior is very honest and original with all of the extra gauges of the Mach 1 package including the rev counter, and the high back buckets with the correct inserts are still in place, and although just starting to show their age a little, still make for a very cool place to sit back and cruise, looking out over that big Ram Air style hood!

The strong running square block Cleveland that resides in the nicely detailed engine bay has clearly had previous work and is performing just the way it should, coupled to a recently rebuilt FMX auto, and on into a trusty Nine inch diff, with factory power assisted brakes and power steering, the package all comes together to make this big old Seventies Muscle Car perform and drive just the way it should.

Factory tinted glass, nice clean chrome, very nice bright work, and front and rear spoilers round out the package, while a decent twin pipe exhaust system ensures this machine strikes just the right note!

A lot of car for the money, these early seventies Mach 1s represent a lot of very usable Muscle Car for their relatively low value, but it can't last...so get one now before they too go the way of all the earlier cars .....
