With a pretty cool back story this big old Pontiac Wagon was a one owner Reno Nevada car almost all of its life before being purchased by a couple of good ol Kiwi Boys for a bucket list road trip that covered around Eight Thousand miles of the good old US of A!

Having such a great trouble free run in this old darling, the boys decided to bring her back home when they returned to NZ, and she is now fully complied, registered and warranted and ready to cruise the whole family anywhere you would like to go in absolute armchair comfort.

An unbelievably magnificent driver this old Safari is showing only 85,ooo miles, which appears to be original, and pretty much drives like a new one.

A fair amount of expense was lavished on the underside at compliance time three years ago with a fair portion of new components being fitted, and as a result this example is as tight as a drum with a comfort and drive better than you could ever imagine.

A tidy honest old car, this one appears to have had one only repaint and still presents very well, it has a little lifting clear in a couple of very small spots, and some little bruises, but nothing that would be a concern, she is straight and solid and with the super cool Clam Shell tailgate is a really unique and cool old piece of seventies design excellence!

The Big Block Pontiac 400 engine has plenty of torque and power and coupled to a lovely shifting automatic with power brakes and power steering she is a real pleasure to drive, with great manners.

Nicely polished American racing alloys and low profile rubber look the part and make absolutely no difference to the way this big tank drives, or she comes with the original hubcaps and a few other trinkets in the back if you prefer that look.

A whole lot of car for the money, well below its replacement cost in this condition, and if you fitted a tow bar, its ready to tow your race car, boat, caravan or pretty much anything else that gets in its way!!
