How's this for a true genuine survivor!

This delightful old NZ new Premier is still wearing its original Persian Sand copper gold paintwork and has clearly lived a very sheltered life of pure pampering, it was owned by its first owner for over 36 years and according to the recorded history it has not even managed to click over 100,000kms yet! which is also becomes very evident on inspection.

Originally sold and delivered new on 5/11/76 from Tappenden Motors Ltd in Henderson, she really has lived the dream life, and has clearly never suffered from any sort of mistreatment.

The body is in remarkable original condition showing no evidence of previous repairs, and the clean sharp looking paintwork is in amazing condition for the age, with the factory vinyl top looking as if it was fitted yesterday, The interior which tells the story in itself is virtually unmarked, retaining the original cloth inserts in the seats, factory bucket seats, along with a full length centre console, and the original carpet throughout.

The original and very faithful old red 202 still resides in the engine bay and ticks over beautifully, coupled to a super smooth T-Bar shifted Tri-Matic automatic transmission, and being fitted with factory power steering, this lovely old Prem is an absolute darling to drive!

All of the correct period Premier trims and fixtures are in place and she still retains the original full face upmarket Premier hubcaps with proper new yet period style white wall tires fitted recently.

The glass and trim on this Premier is all like the day it was assembled, and has never been off or out of the car.

You would go a long way to find a better one of these cars anywhere today, this is an absolute time capsule, it looks, drives and feels like a new one would have back in the day, and will be without a doubt a very rewarding future investment in more ways than one....
