This stunning staunch looking classic Fleet Side Silverado was factory optioned with the LF-8 engine package giving it the highly desirable 454 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engine!
Previously sold by us years ago this well known local truck has attended its share of local events and is always an eye catcher, always a nice truck but credit to its last owner it has been improved over the years to become a very reliable nice driving example that displays well with nice clean paintwork, great chrome and a really nice interior which has been treated to new carpets, Deluxe door trims, and a really nice cloth trimmed factory bench seat.
The 454 Big Block engine has recently been treated to some nice dress up gear, and a new Street Avenger carb on a duel plane manifold giving decent performance and nice manners, with the big Fat Block shifting through a nice smooth Turbo Hydro Automatic.
Original options on this high grade truck include power steering, power disc brakes, power windows, Soft Ray tinted glass, twin long range fuel tanks, and a tilt steering column, all of which make for a very user friendly nice mannered 70s Classic Pick Up.
The body is dry and straight and appears to be very solid coming out of the dry California climate, and has been treated to a nice coat of metallic Gun Metal Grey and although it would have been applied some time ago now, she still presents well with only the odd small chip and mark from being used on a regular basis.
The deck is home to a custom built lockable tool chest, and the tray has been coated in a durable semi texture coat so will put up with plenty of use and abuse without complaining, or damaging the paint in your perfectly painted tray!
A very cool deep dish set of American Racing Torque Thrust alloys look sensational on this Pick Up, and are period perfect giving a nice comfortable ride with a nice big proper old school side wall.
