This menacing looking 300C has a very interesting and unique history....

One of two 300Cs originally built for the European market, this car and its sister car were used from new as Pace Cars for the Australian Super Car Racing Series from 2006 -2009 in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore!

As both vehicles were Left Hand Drive they had to be removed from Australia at the end of the sponsorship, and it was at this point they were both shipped here to New Zealand, but the law here at the time didn't allow for under 20 year old LHD vehicles to be registered for use on our roads without conversion to RHD, so both vehicles were purchased initially to be used for track racing only, which under the law at the time allowed the cars to remain in their LHD configuration, The sister car which came with a roll cage fitted was converted to full race spec, but this car remained in full road trim having only travelled a mere 17,000 kms.

After a very persistent battle to gain registration approval for this car, it was finally granted in 2010, on the understanding that it remained in the original owner ship for a period of 4 years, which was subsequently met, so it can now legally be sold in its original LHD form, making this a completely unique example with a very interesting history, directly linked to the Australian Super Car series.

The history of this example is well documented, and photos of the car in full Pace Car livery accompany the sale along with factory build sheets and interesting documentation.

Running the popular Hemi 5.7 MDS engine through to the five speed automatic transmission, with a factory option heavy duty cooling system, and having been fitted with uprated sports suspension, SRT wheels, and a sports exhaust system this impressive 300 really makes a statement!
