This is not your average Mustang GT.... Like all Shelby Mustangs, this car started its life as a regular Mustang GT Convertible Premium before being sent directly to the Shelby Automobiles facility in Las Vegas Nevada for their Shelby Performance Package. There it was fitted with performance-tuned front and rear dampers, lowering springs, a full sway-bar kit, and front strut tower brace. The already powerful 4.6-Litre 3 valve V-8 was outfitted with a 90mm air intake system, performance mufflers, free-flow X-Pipe and a Pro-Cal performance computer calibration. In addition, Shelby upgraded the 5-speed manual transmission and drive train with the addition of a Hurst short-throw shifter kit and a higher 3:55 Rear Axle assembly. To match the stunning performance, Shelby also modified the exterior. A hood scoop, billet hood pins, billet front grill assembly, silver-racing stripes, and custom floor mats were all fitted by Shelby.
Factory premium options also include power seat, 18 inch alloys, 4 x Air Bags, 6 Disc in dash Premium C/D sound system, A.B.S.Braking, Heated R/Window, and Remote door / trunk locks.
